Victims of domestic violence will soon be protected from exposure to further trauma in the courtroom

The Government has considered the problems arising where self-represented domestic violence offenders are allowed to cross-examine their victim, and today we see some meaningful action to address this problem.  We are pleased the Government invited submissions the Family Law Committee at the Law Society, of which our Principal Solicitor Antonella Sanderson is a member.
